It's often come in full-colored, there's also some webtoons that's using BGM, effects, etc.
It's also using scrollable vertical layout, like in usual web sites.
The art is much more better than usual webcomic, so you should give it a try.
There's also "Star Wars" webtoon they just made recently (it's official).
Even though it's come from korea, fortunately, there's an english service they made in 2014 named "LINE Webtoon". Here's the link : (Give it a try~)
