I think they are obstructionists who care only for their own selfish goals.
In my opinion, they, and the Tea Party Republicans in the U.S. Senate, care more about making sure that the top one percent do not have to pay their fair share in taxes; and they refuse to work with Congressional Democrats to close the tax loopholes that allow billionaires like Mitt Romney to keep their assets in off-shore accounts in places like the Cayman Islands
