Being positive about getting a job when I always get shot down in the end:


On every single application I have filled out I always put open availability. That I'd be willing to work weekends and holidays when needed.

When I go for a job interview I make sure my appearance is nice ( you know bathed, wearing a nice outfit, my hair and teeth brushed ) I maintain eye contact during the entire interview. I tell them I am extremely reliable that if needed I am willing to cover another workers shift even if I have to come in on a day I have off.


And after the interview each place tells me that they'll call me back either way to let me know but they never do ! So I end up calling them back but before I do I keep a positive attitude that I'm going to get the job. And then when I call them I of course get shot down. I just don't understand why I keep getting shot down when it comes to me looking for a job.

Being positive about getting a job when I get shot down every single time is so unfair and that my dear people is what grinds my gears

Writers Block:

Ever since the 4th grade writing has been my true passion. When I have an idea to write another poem or short story I literally have to write it down that very moment or else I'll forget it all later. Now when I have writers block I get upset because at that moment no ideas of what to write about enters my mind. Also when I get writers block it lasts for a while
( not saying years though ! ). Being someone who loves to write very much having writers block is never fun it's a pain in the fucking ass. And that my dear people is what grinds my gears .

Racism:

I hate the fact that racism is still a major problem in the world today. The people that hate on others just because of others ethnic backgrounds is morally wrong !!!! Regardless of the color of skin or ethnic background, I believe that all people should be treated with the same amount of respect as the last person. I can pretty much be friends with any one as long as they show me the same amount of respect that I show them. It's unfortunate how high racism is in this world. It's also unfortunate that no matter how much I or a very few people wish for racism to die, I'm afraid it never will :( And that my dear people is what grinds my gears !

Homophobia:

Ok this is seriously one of the dumbest so called "Phobias" out there ! Come on people Homosexual couples should have the same rights as Heterosexual couples do and that includes getting married. I'm heterosexual and I without shame proudly and will always proudly support Gay Rights. The fact that "Homophobia" is still alive in this world makes me highly upset and that my dear people is what grinds my gears !
