Q. Hi! I keep getting the "New Messages" alert, but when I click on it, there's nothing in my inbox and its starting to annoy me. Can you fix that please? Thank you.
A. Have you received any messages lately? to get rid of the red mail icon you will need someone to write to you. just read their message and the alert will disappear.
You cannot comment questions older than 20 days.
